Make Any Salad Taste AMAGEING! With These Simple Ingredients šŸ˜šŸŒæ

Eating healthy just makes sense when you're walking the spiritual path!


The physical vessel isn't separate from our energy bo-livings (bodies), in fact, the physical vessel is the most condensed form o energy bo-living that we have.


You can visualise the physical vessel like a crystallisation o our energy field into matter.


Our mind, physical vessel, energy and spirit are beautifully intertwined with each other, and what affects one, affects the all.


This is why eating healthy and looking after the physical temple is an act o true self love, and empowers the soul over the ego.


The ego (your emotional body/ emotional self / false sense of self based on attachment and emotion) drives us to eat junk food and move towards sensory pleasures as a short-term way of correcting the emotional lows (and 'feeling good') we feel when we are out o balance.


We look for quick fixes in 'treats', and have been programmed to see junk food as treats when actually it isn't treating the mind, the vessel, the soul, the spirit or your bank balance!


The soul, always sees the bigger higher (lighter) picture. Your soul wants what's best for you, which is to live the Life o Light and put your health and wellness first, for long-term benefits and results.


After all, you're here for a reason and the better you look after yourself, the easier you make it for yourself. Health is wealth and food is mood, if you don't make time for health now, then you may need to make time for illness later on.


Eating a big fat bowl o salad is a great way to consume more light, and vital vitamins and nutrients needed to function well and feel good.


Before I went raw, I NEVER ate salads. They were so bland and boring.. or at least that's what I thought.


In truth, no one had ever taught me how to make a salad taste GOOD!


Well, let me show you how...



First off, grab a big bowl, and all your favourite vegetables (or whatever you've got available in your fridge!).


Start by adding some form o leaf e.g. lettuce, kale, spinach..


Then add any chopped veggies (tomato, pepper, onion.. anything you fancy!)


For an added treat (this isn't necessary but I always enjoy the toppers) feel free to add any soaked nuts, soaked seeds, sprouted beans or chickpeas, sprouts, hemp seeds...


Now here's where the magic happens: To make ANY salad taste amageing, you need the following flavours..


The best way to top any salad is to blend up a proper sauceĀ with these ingredients and some raw juice or water, mixing and match the spice combos depending on what you fancy!


  1. Fresh Herbs (e.g. parsley / basil e.t.c)

  2. Salt (e.g celery / samphire / celtic sea salt / sea salt e.t.c)

  3. Spice (e.g. garlic / chilis)

  4. Sweet (e.g raw orange juice / dates)

  5. Sour (e.g. lemon / apple cider vinegar)


  6. Added bonus for a base and extra nutrients can be hemp seeds, flax seeds, raw coconut flour...


Although if you're being lazy, rushed or just need a quick fix, here's something you can add instantly to any salad without needing a blender, as a back-up alternative...


  1. A drizzle o Oil (e.g. cold pressed olive oil / cold pressed rapeseed oil / cold pressed hemp oil, if you've got a chopped avocado on your salad that is oil based so you won't need any additional oil or if you want some, just use a small amount..)

  2. A sprinkling o Salt (e.g. celtic sea salt / sea salt / himalayan salt - don't use table salt!)

  3. A teaspoon o your favourite spice (e.g. smoked paprika / cumin / harissa spice / chilli powder or flakes.. choose one - which ever you feel called to)

  4. A drizzle o raw apple cider vinegar (optional but tastes great)

  5. A table spoon o nutritional yeast (optional but tastes even better!)


Next, stir it all together, mix it well so all the ingredients are fully combined.
