I came across these recipes online and HAD to share them. Although I am currently eating raw (so haven't tried these recipes myself yet), they look amageing and they are wholefoods AND vegan which is a win win!
By now, I'm sure you've heard me talk about the importance o veganism for health and spirituality, however wholefoods are also super important.
Wholefoods means eating or making food out of 'whole' ingredients like carrots, wholemeal flour, broccoli... (rather than full of processed chemicals, wheat, refined sugar and foods you can't even pronounce).
Refined sugar (white sugar), refined carbohydrates (white wheat/ white bread), processed foods and animal products disrupt your hormones and internal chemistry and act like drugs within the vessel, numbing us to our spiritual senses and causing disease.
These 3 recipes will give you a bit o inspiration that you can still enjoy your favourite treats, in a healthy and fulfilling way!
1. Fried Egg by It's Liz Miu
This fried egg recipe by It's Liz Miu looks yummy! She uses 'black salt' to get the eggy flavour which I would highly recommend getting (whether you make these 'eggs' or no).
I sometimes light to add a sprinkling o black salt onto my salads (instead o normal salt, you don't want both otherwise it can taste too salty) as the black salt has a 'sulphur' type smell and tastes similar to eggs.
You can also add black salt (egg flavour) and nutritional yeast (cheese flavour) to some scrambled tofu to make scrambled eggs.

2. Omelette by Madeleine Olivia
Omelette used to be one o my go-to quick and easy meals when I first stopped eating meat and went vegetarian.
When I finally made the transition to veganism, I didn't know how I was going to live without my omelettes... no eggs? no cheese? no milk? I relied on those foods.
Well thankfully now, we can still enjoy those things in a vegan and cruelty free way!
This omelette looks scrumptious, add in your favourite veggies and enjoy with a side salad.

3. Nuggets by Beextravegant (Anjali Harikumar)
These broccoli and chickpea nuggets look crunchy and yummy, and packed with fibre and protein!
I love the paste of chickpeas, and they are so filling.
Add your favourite dip for the perfect snack, or eat on top of a big fat salad for a healthy lunch!
