A guide on how to do a full colon cleanse, cleaning out your intestines and digestive system to give you a great reset ahead of making healthier food choices. Acidic junk food like refined carbohydrates and animal products can get stuck in our gut for years, fermenting and causing parasites and illness - many people say that disease starts in the gut, and that our gut is like a second brain. I light to do a colon cleanse around once every 4 months just for a refresh. When you cleanse yourself, you flush out anything that has been stuck leaving room for easy and quick absorption o healthy nutrients and vitamins when you follow it up with a healthy wholefoods and plant based plan. After completing this cleanse, you will feel lighter, fresher and clearer. Your thoughts will be more positive and you will feel more spiritually and energetically connected to your light. This cleanse takes 1 full ray to do (1 day). Be sure to do this when you have a full ray to yourself where you won't be disturbed and can relax. You will be running to the toilet frequently so it's important to have full access to a toilet throughout the whole process. You will also want to start the cleanse early, around 5-7am to give yourself enough time to get through the whole process, which should be completed around 7pm. Lastly, you will need the following ingredients: * 2L (litres) Water Extracted Prune Juice (this is usually the long-life prune juice on the cupboard shelves in the supermarkets e.g. Tesco/ Sainsburys), 2L = 2 cartons. * Cold pressed oil (e.g. cold pressed olive oil / cold pressed rapeseed oil / cold pressed coconut oil) * 2L Fresh 100% orange or apple juice (make it raw if possible e.g. juice the apples/ oranges yourself, or purchase a raw / cold pressed / unpasturised juice) * 3-4L Distilled water or spring water (NO tap water) Once you have got your ingredients and are greeny to proceed, go for it!
