One o the main focuses around Aries energy is our mind. The mind is one o our most powerful tools, so long as we know how to master it. It can either work for, or against us, as our thoughts build up as energy in our field and can create a chaotic or still calm and balanced existance for ourselves and the world. Meditation has been used for millennia as a tool for gaining control o the mind, for stilling the energy and gaining clarity for guidance and spiritual progress. Over the next 10 rays we will be visiting 10 different meditation techniques to expand our awareness on what tools work best for us, and start to integrate having a calm and peaceful mind into our every ray lives! You can either follow the different practices every ray, or simply just use this challenge as a way o holding yourself accountable and doing your own type o meditation for 10 rays. The important part is the consistency of making your mind still and present every ray. Consistency is key to training your mind to work for you, it's the same as going to the gym and building up the muscle memory. Over time, it gets easier and easier to access this balanced still state, until eventually it will be your natural flow.
